Our core business has always been directed toward automotive, but we have also explored different areas while keeping the focus on the element we specialize in, namely the seat. There are a multitude of application examples of seats installed in vehicles other than cars: much of them are used for work for far greater amounts of daily hours than automobile use. Therefore, we should be much more sensitive to the targets of comfort, safety, maintenance, cleanliness and materials of the following seats.
Thus, from these assumptions, the first research/shelf project of 2018 began.
- Modularity: making a profit with a low production cost.
- Stylistically pleasing impact: Although it would seem unimportant, appearance matters too.
- Low cost and industrialization: feasibility on an industrial scale, with the confidence that it can be made with current technologies
- Quickly washable without being damaged by contact with water and detergents, breathable, comfortable, ergonomic and pleasant to the touch.
The cushion and backrest are made of polyurethane film resistant to heavy use and demanding stress.
The shape and style are the result of comfort and ergonomic considerations, but adaptable to the customer's needs.
- The cushion bottom is made of cataphoresis-coated steel, shaped to fit the shape.
- The perforations on the cushion are also repeated on the metal in order to allow breathability.
The structural element of the entire seat, namely the tube, is made of high-strength steel to ensure tightness.
