We always provide our best forecast in terms of economics and timing for the project, so that we can propose an accurate and complete overview of the QuadraPro-branded service package in order to proceed, in consultation with the client, to the definition of individual components and assemblies with a view to industrialization.

Design

Design is QuadraPro’s core business, and our team is responsible for the complete development of our partners’ request. To do this, we can count on highly skilled mechanical, structural, electrical and kinematic designers working not only at our Turin office but also directly on site at the client’s facilities.

We take care step by step of the mathematical model development activity and the drafting of the drawings through constantly updated software. We guarantee expertise and technical capabilities in CATIA V5 & CATIA V6 systems in addition to the processing of 3D files, drawings and E-BOMs directly in CATIA. This then allows the final product to be optimized through the manufacturing site’s use of industrial techniques and innovative materials that ensure total compliance with international railroad regulations.

RAILWAY SECTOR SPECIFICTIES

— We specialize in the study of components made by die-casting aluminum and magnesium, our goal is to achieve a general reduction in weight with the same structural stiffness and comply with target criteria required by the client.

— In sharing with customer requirements we ensure proper certification in compliance with vandalism, fire and smoke regulations as well as ergonomic aspects.

— Processes and design according to medium/large scale production: we work on the project from the initial steps with only style surfaces or a specific client request and then proceed with mathematization activities and create real and homologated components.
