OUR COMPANY
QuadraPro is based in Turin and makes the design of seats for cars and means of transport the core of its work, always paying the utmost care also to the restraints area. Professionalism and expertise have led our company to be able to boast important collaborations not only in the automotive field, with all the Italian Stellantis brands, as well as with IDG and Iveco, but also in the railways world, with Clerprem and Alstom.
WHO WE ARE —
MADE IN ITALY AND TRADITION
Our story starts way back. It was 1988 and Cartec was born, founded and made up of former Fiat and Lancia employees, which was involved in the development of foams for seats.
It became TGE in 1990 and established itself as the Olmo Group’s go-to company for foam design, rising to be a primary supplier to Lear and JCI for front and rear seat frame development through full service just-in-time components and installation in cars. In the late 1990s, the company also worked with Pininfarina, Sparco, and Sabelt, with whom TGE collaborated on the development of sport seats and replacement components.
In 2006, separating from the Olmo Group, TGE officially became QuadraPro. Two years later – through the Esseci Group consortium (now acquired by Segula Technologies) – it established itself as a major partner of FCA in the development of front and rear seats, dealing over the years with the design of the seat perimeter for 500L, 500X, Renegade, Panda, Giulia, Stelvio, Tipo, 500 and many other models.

Our team, consisting of some 20 highly skilled designers, is dedicated to the implementation of projects with passion and precision. Each team member is able to ensure the highest technical quality in the execution of assigned tasks. In addition, thanks to the extensive experience and seniority of our Project Managers and Project Chiefs, we are able to ensure efficient and timely management of each project.
